NY Manage is software that helps landlords and property managers keep track of buildings, apartments, tenants, rent, repairs and expenses. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for the information you enter, for keeping your login private, and for everyone you give a login to. Give accurate contact details. One company account per company.

Your data

Your company's data is yours and is visible only to the logins of your company account (and to NY Manage for support and operation of the service). We don't sell it. You can ask us to delete your account and its data.

Payments

NY Manage records payments; it isn't a bank or a payment processor. Card payments are handled by your own card processor under its own agreement. Follow the laws and card-network rules that apply to you (for example, no card surcharges in New York).

Acceptable use

Don't use NY Manage for anything unlawful, to harass tenants, or to try to access other companies' data. We may turn off accounts that break these terms.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". Reports and readings (for example check and bill photos read automatically) can contain mistakes — check them. NY Manage isn't liable for indirect losses.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
